This Privacy Policy describes how Vehicle Management Corporation Pty Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”) handles information collected through the enTIRE Mobile application (“the App”). The App is a companion tool to the enTIRE Wheels Tyre and Rim Management Software and is intended solely for authorised commercial customers.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 User Account Information
The App uses a login provided by your organisation. The only identifier sent to our servers is your User ID. No name, email, phone number, address, or other personal contact details are collected in the App.
1.2 Photos
The App allows users to capture and upload photos (for example, tyres, rims, vehicles, and damage). These photos are transmitted directly to our backend systems. They are not processed by any third-party SDKs.
1.3 No Location Data
The App does not collect or use device GPS or any other location data.
1.4 No Additional Device Data
The App does not access contacts, calendar, SMS, call logs, microphone, or any other sensitive system features.
1.5 No Analytics or Tracking
The App does not use Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Google Analytics, advertising SDKs, or any other form of third-party analytics or tracking.
2. How We Use the Information
Data collected via the App is used exclusively for:
- Tyre and rim survey workflows
- Fleet management processes authorised by your organisation
- Integrating captured data into the enTIRE Wheels software platform
No data is used for marketing, advertising, behavioural profiling, or unrelated analytics.
3. Data Sharing
We do not share any user data with external parties except:
- Your organisation (the commercial customer that provides your access to the App); and
- Service providers essential for operating our backend (such as hosting, security, and backups).
We do not sell, rent, or monetise user data.
4. Data Storage and Security
All data is stored on secure servers located in Australia. We apply the following protections:
- Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
- Access limited to authorised staff only
- Regular system backups
Our servers do not use encrypted-at-rest storage at the database level.
5. Data Retention
Data collected through the App is retained for as long as the customer organisation’s account is active and as required for operational and historical fleet records.
6. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13 and is intended solely for trained, authorised commercial users.
7. Your Rights
Because your data is managed through your employer or contracting organisation, requests for access, correction, or deletion should be directed to your organisation’s system administrator. We will support their requests as required by our agreements with them and by applicable law.
