Account and Data Deletion Instructions
Note: enTIRE Mobile is a companion mobile application to our enTIRE Tyre and Rim Management System. All account management, including account deletion, is handled through the main application.
How to Delete Your Account
To request deletion of your account and all associated data:
- If you are an administrator, you can delete any users’s account and all associated user data
- If you are a standard user, contact your organization’s administrator to request account deletion
Important: Only organization administrators have the ability to delete accounts through the main application. If you are not an administrator, please contact your organization’s admin to process your deletion request.
What Data Is Deleted
When your account is deleted through the web application, the following data is permanently removed:
- User profile information
- Account credentials and authentication data
- All user-generated content and activity data
- Mobile app access tokens and session data
- Any associated files or documents
Effect on Mobile App
Once your account is deleted in the web application:
- The mobile app will no longer have access to your data
- You will be automatically logged out of the mobile app
- Any locally cached data on your mobile device can be cleared by uninstalling the app
Data Retention Period
Account deletion is effective immediately. However, please note:
- Some data may be retained for a limited period as required by legal or regulatory obligations
- enTIRE is usually self-hosted leaving the retention period up to the customer. If hosted using enTIRE Cloud then Backup systems may retain data for up to 6 months.
- Aggregated, anonymized data used for analytics purposes may be retained

If you wish to delete specific data without deleting your entire account, please contact your organization administrator or submit a request through the contact information below.
